Do I have to move my documents out of Drive or Dropbox?
No. You can use this as a date tracker and leave your files exactly where they are. You can upload certificates here too if you would rather have them attached to the item.
Which dates can I track?
Gas Safety, EICR and EPC are built into every property. Beyond those you can add any item with a name and an expiry date — HMO licences, landlord insurance, boiler services, fire risk assessments, rent reviews, warranties.
When exactly do the emails arrive?
Choose any of 90, 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before expiry, and optionally the due date. The default is 30 days, 7 days and the due date. You set this per property, and you can pause reminders for a property at any time.
Is my data private?
Document access requires authentication and an ownership check. Download links expire. See our privacy policy for information about how account data is handled.
Is this a replacement for my property-management system?
